These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. 6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

By placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order on Dubaimartx, you agree and confirm that:
- You have provided a valid and active UAE mobile number and complete delivery address.
- You commit to paying the exact order amount in cash to our delivery agent upon receipt of the package.
- If an order is refused at the doorstep or remains undelivered after 3 attempts due to non-availability or no response, Dubaimartx reserves the right to restrict or ban your account/phone number from future COD orders.
- Orders must be confirmed via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call before they are dispatched. Unverified orders will be automatically cancelled.

7. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
