Thank you for shopping at Dubaimartx. We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We provide 100% Free Delivery to all cities and emirates across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
2. ORDER VERIFICATION (REQUIRED FOR COD)
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, all orders must be verified before dispatch. After placing an order, our team will contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address.
*Note: Unverified orders or orders with invalid phone numbers will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.*
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES & PROCESSING
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays).
- Delivery Time: Once confirmed, your package will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days across the UAE.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Dubaimartx offers FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS across the UAE. There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges at checkout.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS
- Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery, as our courier partners may not always carry exact change.
- Payment must be made to the delivery agent BEFORE opening the package. If there is any issue with the product inside, it must be handled through our official Return & Refund Policy.
6. UNDELIVERED ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you up to 3 times to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, do not respond, or refuse the delivery at the doorstep without a valid reason:
- The order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Dubaimartx reserves the right to blacklist the phone number and address from placing future COD orders on our website.
7. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp so you can track your package's journey in real-time.
