Refund policy

OVERVIEW

At Dubaimartx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or completely different from what you ordered:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 24-48 hours at [Your Contact Email] or via WhatsApp at [Your Phone Number] with clear photos and a short video showing the defect.
- Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup/replacement for you at NO extra cost.

3. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If the product is perfectly fine but you wish to return it because you changed your mind or no longer want it:
- Returns for a change of mind are subject to approval.
- The item must be 100% unopened and in sealed original packaging.
- The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping/pickup fee (Standard UAE courier fee of 15-20 AED), which will be deducted from your refund.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards, including:
- Personal care goods (beauty products, cosmetics).
- Undergarments and swimwear.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

5. REFUND PROCESS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Since you paid cash to the delivery courier, refunds cannot be credited back to a card. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund in one of the following ways:
- Option 1: Store Credit / Discount Voucher of the exact amount to use for your next shopping on Dubaimartx (Processed within 24 hours).
- Option 2: Bank Transfer to your UAE bank account (Processed within 5-7 business days, customer must provide valid IBAN).
